• From clients who request placements or verify worker details.

• From referees, background-check providers, and public sources where permitted by law.

We process personal information for lawful, specific, and defined purposes, including:

• Recruiting and placing cleaning staff.

• Assessing candidate suitability.

• Managing client relationships and service delivery.

• Administering payroll, attendance, leave, and site allocation.

• Communicating with candidates, employees, clients, and suppliers.

• Operating and improving our website, systems, and internal processes. POPIA requires processing to be for a specific, lawful purpose and retention only as long as necessary, subject to legal exceptions.

Once information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted, destroyed, or de-identified. POPIA guidance emphasises that records should not be kept longer than necessary, subject to legal exceptions.
